Environmental Studies And Projects - Assessment And Preparation Of The Impact Report Technical Consultancy Services In Environmental And Sanitary Engineering, Aiming At The Preparation Of The Solid Waste Management Plan (Pgrs) Within The Scope Of The Court Of Justice Of The State Of Acre, Covering Technical Diagnosis, Quali-Quantitative Gravimetry, Process Mapping And Assistance For Institutional Registration As A Major Generator Together With The Competent Bodies Of The Municipality Of Rio Branco. The Initiative Has A Strategic Purpose Aligned With The Courts Sustainable Logistics Plan (Pls) 2025-2026, Specifically In Compliance With Item 7.6 Of The Action Plan, And Aims To Ensure The Institutions Legal Compliance With The National Solid Waste Policy (Law No. 12,305/2010) And The Recent Municipal Decree No. 3,418/2025, In Accordance With The Conditions, Quantities And Requirements Established In The Documents That Make Up This Direct Contract.
