Heat Pumps - Equipping The Building Of The Industry Skills Center In Krzeszowice With A Model Res Teaching Engine Room And A Photovoltaic Installation And Energy Storage, As Part Of The Project Creation And Support Of An Industry Skill Center In The Field Of Renewable Energy (Heat Pumps And Shallow Geothermal) In The Secondary School Complex In Krzeszowice. 1) The Subject Of The Basic Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Technological Elements Of The Model Teaching Engine Room System, Which Is An Actual Source Of Heat And Cooling For The Building Of The Industry Skills Center In Krzeszowice (Bcu) - Part A, And A Photovoltaic Installation With Energy Storage Adapted To The Existing Energy Infrastructure Of The Building - Part B. - In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Basic Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz 2) Law Option - In These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (Defined In Article 441 Of The Act) In The Following Way: 1. The Exercise Of The Option Right Will Consist In Extending The Subject Of The Order To Include The Installation Of Devices Delivered As Part Of The Basic Order And Will Include The Following Activities: • Configuration Of The Control System, • Commissioning Of The Installation Based On The Prepared Design, • Configuration Of The Monitoring And Visualization System, • Carrying Out Functional Tests Of The System. • Starting The Installation, I.E. Bringing The System To A Condition Enabling Its Operation In Demonstration And Operational Mode, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Option, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 2. The Option Right Will Be Exercised On The Following Principles: A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Price For The Basic Order (Delivery) And The Option (Installation) In The Offer Form. The Price Of The Offer Will Be The Price For The Entire Order, I.E. Basic Order + Option Rights. B) The Option Right Will Be Exercised On The Same Terms And Conditions As The Basic Order; C) The Value Of The Order Implemented Under The Option Right Will Be Identical To That Specified In The Offer Form Submitted By The Contractor; D) The Condition For Exercising The Option Right Is The Submission By The Ordering Party Of A Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right. The Declaration In Electronic Form Will Be Submitted To The Contractor Within 3 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. E) If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Deadline For The Execution Of The Contract (Basic Order + Option Right) Is Extended To June 20, 2026. F) The Option Right Is The Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He Will Be Able To Use As Part Of The Execution Of The Contract. If The Option Right Is Not Exercised, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. G) It Is Stipulated That The Option Right (Optional Scope Of The Order) Does Not Constitute A Contractual Obligation (Including Financial Obligation) Incurred At The Time Of Concluding The Contract And The Expected Optional Scope Of The Order Is Not Guaranteed To Be Implemented. 3) The Task Is Carried Out Under The Project No. Kpo/25/1/Bcu/U/0008 Entitled Establishment And Support Of An Industry Skills Center In The Field Of Renewable Energy (Heat Pumps And Shallow Geothermal Energy) At The Secondary School Complex In Krzeszowice. 4) The Project Is Co-Financed Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan, Component A Resilience And Competitiveness Of The Economy, Investment A3.1.1.
