Subject To Uniform Contractual Conditions And A Uniform Access Procedure, All Suitable And Interested Pharmaceutical Companies Or Communities Of Pharmaceutical Companies Are Offered The Opportunity To Conclude Or Join A Discount Agreement In Accordance With Section 130A Paragraph 8 Sgb V For Blood Sugar Test Strips. Interested Pharmaceutical Companies Can Request The Participation Documents And The Contract From The Contact Address ([email protected]). The Prerequisite For Concluding A Contract Is That The Interested Pharmaceutical Company Submits The Requested Participation Documents Completely Filled Out, Stamped And Signed In The Original. A Contract Is Concluded With Each Pharmaceutical Company That Meets The Participation Requirements. There Is No Exclusivity. This Publication Does Not Involve The Award Of A Public Contract Within The Meaning Of Directive 2014/24/Eu Or Public Procurement Law. In Order To Ensure The Greatest Possible Degree Of Transparency For The Intended Conclusion Of Contracts, Publication Will Take Place In The Supplement To The Official Journal Of The European Union. In The Absence Of A Corresponding Publication Form, The Contract Notice Will Be Used. The Resulting Conceptual Specifications, Such As The Procedural Designation “Open Procedure”, Are Solely Due To The Use Of This Announcement Form And The Publication Platform.
