The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of An Ambulance Simulator With Equipment For The Tarnów University. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Ambulance Simulator - Set 2) Ambulance Equipment - Set 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With An Indication Of The Minimum Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters And Requirements Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Ordering Party Requires Products To Be Offered That Are New, Of Appropriate Quality, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Having The Legally Required Standards And Certificates, As Well As Those Approved For Trading And Use In Poland, In Accordance With Applicable Law, And Meeting The Quality And Technical Standards Resulting From Their Function And Purpose. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet All The Requirements Of A Safe Product In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) 2023/988 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 10 May 2023 On General Product Safety, Amending Regulation (Eu) No 1025/2012 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Directive (Eu) 2020/1828 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Repealing Directive 2001/95/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Council Directive 87/357/Eec Of 10 May 2023 (Oj Eu No. 135, P. 1). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Brand New Subject Of The Order (In Particular, Unrepaired, Unrefabricated, Not Exhibited, Previously Unused) From Current Production And A Legal Distribution Channel, Efficient, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials) And Compliant With The Opz. 5. Warranty Period For Hardware And Software: Min. 12 Months. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Free Periodic Inspections (Under The Warranty), Confirmed By An Entry In The Equipment Documentation. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Action To Remove The Failure Of The Subject Of The Order No Later Than Within 72 Hours (On Business Days) From The Moment The Ordering Party Reports The Failure By Telephone And The Subject Of The Order Is Made Available. 3) Repair Time Is Up To 14 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Defect Notification. 4) In The Event Of Three Warranty Repairs Of The Same Element Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Defective Element Of The Order With A New One. 5) The Costs Of Traveling To Repairs In The Place Where The Devices Are Installed Free Of Charge And The Costs Of Shipping The Devices For Workshop Repairs Will Be At The Contractors Expense. 6) Service Authorized By The Manufacturer. 6.
