Redundant Array Of Independent Disk (Raid) - Delivery Of Full Flash Block Storage. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Acquisition Of 2 New High-Performance Full Flash Array Data Storage Units, Which Will Serve As Tier 0 Storage, In The Sok And Npp Data Centers Within The Existing Infrastructure Of The Contracting Authority. The Required Solution Must Be Based Exclusively On Ssd / Nvme Technology In Order To Ensure Very Low Latency, High Iops Performance And Fast Response When Accessing Data For The Operation Of Critical Application Systems. By Purchasing This Performance, The Contracting Authority Is Responding To The Dynamically Growing Demands For Data Storage Performance, Especially From Application Systems That Are Part Of The States Critical Infrastructure (For Example, Database Systems, Integration Platforms And Real-Time Analytical Tools). The Existing Primary Data Storage Is Built On A Hitachi Vsp System, Which Continues To Operate And Fulfill Its Role For Less Demanding Application Data. However, Given Its Hybrid Nature And The Dominance Of Spinning Discs, It No Longer Provides The Necessary Performance For Current And Future High-Priority Application Requirements. The Clients Intention Is Not To Replace The Existing Storage System, But To Supplement It With A Dedicated Performance Layer (Tier 0), Which Will Enable Effective Separation Of Application Layers According To Performance And Response Requirements. The Client Envisages The Integration Of The New Solution Into The Existing Operating Environment, With An Emphasis On High Availability, Operational Reliability And Expandability. The Delivered Solution Must Enable Connection Both To The Environment Of Virtualization Platforms (E.G. Vmware, Hyper-V) And To Separate Physical Servers, Using Standard Technologies For San Communication (E.G. Fiber Channel, Or Iscsi/Nvme Over Tcp According To The Suppliers Proposal). In Order To Verify That The Requirements For The Subject Of Performance Have Been Met, The Participant Shall Fill In Annex B1 Of The Procurement Documentation - Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance, Which In The Case Of The Selected Supplier Will Be An Annex To The Contract. As Part Of The Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance, The Client Also Set Minimum Requirements For The Performance And Durability Of The Disk Array. The Participant In The Procurement Procedure Is Obliged To Submit The Performance Test Protocols In His Offer, Which Will Show The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority.
