Oulus Urban Environmental Services Is Requesting A Bid For The Renovation Of The Korkeasaari Tennis Courts Located In The Pikisaari Part Of The City For The Summer Of 2026. The Contract Includes The Demolition Of The Old Court With Its Structures And The Renovation Of Two Tennis Courts With Fences And Equipment On The Current Site, As Well As The Renovation Of The P Area Near The Tennis Courts To The Extent Presented In The Contract Documents. The Weight Restrictions At The Merikoski Bridges In The Area Between Linnankatu And Merikoskenkatu Must Be Taken Into Account In The Transport Related To The Contract. For Transport Heavier Than Public Transport, A Transport Permit Can Be Inquired About / Applied For Via The Electronic Transaction Service. The Transport Permit Is Subject To A Fee. The Customer Does Not Have To Designate A Place To Dump The Surplus Masses. When Implementing Traffic Arrangements During Working Hours, The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Tennis Courts That Are In Operation In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Construction Site. The More Detailed Content Of The Contract Is Described In The Tender Documents. The Total Price Of The Tender Must Be Based On The Quantities And Litters According To The Quantity And Unit Price List (Attached). The Given Transcripts May Not Be Changed Or Other New Transcripts May Not Be Included In The Offer. The Contractor Acts In This Contract As The Main Contractor And As The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation (Occupational Safety Act 738/2002 And Government Decree On Construction Safety 205/2009). The Contract Also Includes Making The Necessary Plans. The Selected Contractor Is Required To Have Accurate Measurements And The Completed Measurements Are Saved In The Customers System. A Machine Control Model Will Be Prepared For The Project. The Warranty Period Of The Contract Is 2 Years According To Yse. The Entire Contract Must Be Completed On July 30, 2026.
