The Project Includes The Construction Of A Suit Shelter Building As A Kvr Contract. The Contract Includes The Construction And Hvac Technical Works Of The Site As Well As The Planning Necessary For The Implementation Of The Work (Ark, Rak And Hvac Plans). The Design Is Based On The Preliminary Ark Plans Prepared By The Customer And The Construction Report. The Contractor Prepares The Sites Implementation Plans And The Plans Necessary To Apply For A Building Permit. The Contractor Procures The Main Designer For The Project, As Well As Designers In Special Fields. The Contractor Appoints The Foreman Responsible For The Project, As Well As The Necessary Supervisors Of Special Fields. The Contractor Acts As The Main Implementer Of The Project As Intended By The Legislation. The Building Must Be Completed And Received By December 18, 2026.
