Tenders Are Invited For Acquisition Of The Electronic Form System

The Object Of The Acquisition Is Saas (Software As A Service), Which Means That The System Comes Entirely Through A Selected Supplier. The Selected Supplier Maintains Its Application Software On Its Own Servers, Makes It Available Via The Internet, And The Service Includes Support And Development Services. Through The System, It Must Be Possible To Receive Information From Municipal Residents And City Employees On Forms, Either With Suomi.Fi Identification Or Without Identification. The System Must Have The Possibility To Export Completed Forms And Their Attachments Via Integration To The Tweb Case Management System. The Form System Has About 200 Users And About 150 Public Forms. (Current Situation) The Features Of The System Are Described In More Detail In The Description Of The Object Of Procurement And The Specification Of Requirements In The Documents. The Estimated Start Date Of The Contract Is June 2026 And Implementation In October 2026. The Mandatory Requirements Of The Tender Request Must Be Implemented By The Time The System Is Implemented, Excluding Those Requirements That Have Been Given A Longer Implementation Period Since Implementation.
