The Comparison Basis For The Offers Is Overall Economic Affordability, Which Is Made Up Entirely Of Qualitative Criteria (100%), I.E. The So-Called Reverse Tendering. The Procurement Is Tendered As A Reverse Tendering Process (French Contract), Where The Winner Is Paid A Stated Fixed Price (Total Fee). The Customer Has Specified A Fixed-Price Total Fee To Be Paid For The Service, The Maximum Amount Of Which Is Eur 170,000 (Vat 0%). The Works According To The Contract Documents Must Be Completed And Received, And The Inspections Required By The Authorities And Inspecting Institutions Must Be Approved By 31 August 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is A French Contract, In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Works In Accordance With Yse And Legislation As The Main Contractor Acting As The Main Contractor. The Contractor Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Site Services. Section 3.4 Of The Contract Program Lists The Developers Procurements And Separate Contracts. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Its Entirety As A Low-Emission Construction Site, The Requirements Of Which Can Be Found In The Contract Boundary Appendix. The Quantities Presented In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Customer.
