The Service Supports Handling International Mobility Situations Smoothly And In Accordance With Applicable Legislation. The Subscriber Chooses One (1) Service Provider, With Whom It Enters Into A Procurement Contract Valid For The Time Being. The Contract Starts When The Contract Is Signed. A More Detailed Description Of The Content Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders. Service Description. Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Procurement Of Maintenance From One Supplier Is The Most Cost-Effective. Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed. The Purchase Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are Estimates, And The Contract Does Not Create A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer Or An Exclusive Right To Provide The Service For The Supplier.
