Fuel Is Supplied Using Coupons (Value 10 And 20 Liters) And/Or Fuel Cards. The Supplier Is Obliged To Have Its Own Or A Partner Network Of Gas Stations Throughout The Territory Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan, Including The Mandatory Presence Of Gas Stations In Regional Centers And Along The Main Republican Highways, Ensuring The Uninterrupted Movement Of The Customer’S Vehicles. Gas Stations Must Operate Around The Clock (24/7). Service Should Be Provided Through A Unified System (Unified Coupons/Cards), Operating Throughout The Entire Territory Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan Without Restrictions. The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide: Uninterrupted Supply Of Fuel Throughout The Republic Of Kazakhstan Availability Of A Unified Accounting System And Reporting Vouchers Are Valid For At Least 12 Months The Lack Of A Developed Network Of Gas Stations Across The Territory Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan, Including Main Highways, Is Grounds For Rejecting The Proposal.
