Action Against Hunger, would like to invite eligible suppliers to submit their bids for the supply and installation of vehicles tyers, Publication Reference: (PI-HB-02216) according to the following conditions: § Eligible suppliers should be registered at the VAT and customs department and has the ability to provide Zero VAT to Action Against Hunger with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificates. § Eligible suppliers can obtain bid documents by sending an email to [email protected] from Tuesday 7th April 2026 at 12:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory). § The last day to distribute the bid documents is on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, at 03:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory) Office hours during Ramadan are from 9:00 am until 03:00 pm- Sunday to Thursday. § Eligible suppliers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope or by email no later than Wednesday 15th April 2026 at 12:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory). § Action Against Hunger is not obliged to accept the lowest price. § Action Against Hunger has the right to postpone, cancel or extend the bid. § Announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
