The Municipality Of Pukkila Is Requesting A Bid For The Basic Improvement Of The Master Road And Water Supply Network Called Hallitustie (Phase 2) And The Construction Of The Water Supply And Stormwater Network Of Part Of Veteraanitie (Phase 1) As A Complete Contract In Accordance With The Attached Contract Documents. The Quantity Lists Attached To The Request For Quotation Are Indicative And Do Not Bind The Customer. The Contractor Must Himself Perform The Quantity Calculation Of The Object From The Plan Drawings. The Procurements Belonging To The Developer Are Described In The Contract Program. The Contract Includes The Pukkila Municipalitys Road And Storm Water Works Shown In The Plan Drawings, As Well As The Works For The Water Supply Structures Owned By Nivos Vesi Ja Lämpö Oy On Hallitutie And Veteraanitie. The Work Also Includes The Dismantling Of Two Decommissioned District Heating Lines Under Hallitustie (Approximately Plv 0-50) From The Section Covered By The Measures, As Well As The Necessary Tree Removal For The Entire Project. The Site Is Located In Pukkila Church Village And Is A Street Area According To The Site Plan. The Contract Also Includes Water Supply Works In The Highway Area. The Builder Requires That The Bidder Familiarize Himself With The Construction Site Before Submitting The Bid. The Builder Requires That The Selected Contractor Participate In The Residents Event Organized By The Customer Before The Contract Begins. The Work Is Done As A Total Price Contract. The Basis For The Purchase Is The Lowest Price. The Total Price And Unit Prices Are Used As The Comparison Price. Partial Offers Are Not Accepted. The Contract Price Is Without Index Or Currency Linkage. Invoicing Must Take Place In Accordance With The Contract Program. Invoicing, Small Delivery Or Other Extras Are Not Accepted.
