From The Supplier. The Object Of The Procurement Is Motor Fuels And Their Delivery To The Customers Off-Road Work Sites. There Are Several Delivery Points And They Are Located At Forest Sites. There Are Construction Sites In Different Parts Of North Savo. Most Construction Sites Do Not Have A Street/Road Address, Only Location Information Of The Construction Sites. Delivery Points Usually Only Have Site-Specific Road Maintenance. There Are Usually 3-5 Construction Sites Going On At The Same Time. The Roads Are In Such A Condition That Forest Machines Can Be Brought And Taken To The Construction Sites With A Machine Transport Truck, And Wood Can Be Transported Away With A Timber Truck Combination. The Customer Is Not Responsible For Any Damage That Occurred During The Transport Of The Fuel. The Location Information Of The Fuel Containers Is Visible To The Supplier And Also To The Customer. The Order Is Made Via The Phone Application. The Fuel Containers Are Locked To Which The Supplier Is Given Access. Delivery On Weekdays At A Separately Agreed Time. Orders Are Placed No Later Than 2-3 Business Days Before The Desired Delivery Date. The Fuel Tanks Are Lifted To The Side Of The Drivable Road When The Delivery Time Has Been Agreed. The Fuel Supplier Informs/Confirms The Customers Contact Person When The Delivery Has Been Made. About 70,000 L Of Motor Fuel Oil Are Used Per Year. The Delivery Quantities Of One Order Are 1000–3000 Liters On Average, Depending On The Address. Orders Are Made As Needed. The Quantities Mentioned In The Request For Tender Are Indicative Estimates And Do Not Bind The Customer. The Maximum Value Of The Purchase For The Entire Contract Period, Including The Option Period, Is €400,000 (Vat 0%). The Maximum Value Means The Maximum Amount Of Sales Through The Contract. Savo Koulutuskuntayhtykti Does Not Commit To Any Minimum Order Quantities During The Contract Period And Reserves The Right To Acquire Only The Quantity Permitted By The Available Funds.
