The Finnish Transport And Communications Agency Traficom Is Preparing A Tender For Application Management. In Connection With The Preparation Of The Competition, We Would Like To Ask The Suppliers For Descriptions Of Possible Operating Models For Service Production. The Goal Of The Request For Information Is To Obtain Comprehensive Information About The Services On The Market So That The Future Tender Can Be Carried Out In The Most Expedient Manner Possible. Traficom Defines Application Management As Both Maintenance Of Information Systems And Minor Development. Maintenance Includes The Processes And Actions According To Itil, Mainly Incident Management, Service Request Processing, Problem Management, Change Management, Release And Deployment Process Management, Continuous Improvement And Configuration Management. A More Detailed Definition Of What All Belongs To Application Management And Which Part Of Application Management Is Traficoms Own Responsibility In The Future And Which Part Is The Suppliers Responsibility Is Being Worked On And The Answers To This Request For Information Will Be Used In This Definition Work. A More Detailed Description Of The Purpose Of The Procurement And The Target State Is Presented In The Description Attached To This Request For Information. We Ask Suppliers Interested In The Procurement To Submit The Following Descriptions In Writing: • Description Of The Productized, Customer-Independent Application Management Service, Including The Responsibilities Between The Supplier And The Customer • Sla Model And Other Key Metrics • Pricing Model Of The Application Management Service (Only Model, No Prices In Euros) Regarding The Situation Where The System-Specific Ticket Quantities Are Known, That A Situation Where Only A Rough Estimate Of Them Is Available• A List Of Information That Would Be Important In A Future Call For Tenders For The Pricing Of The Offer• A Preliminary Proposal For The Content Of The Implementation Project. The Materials Must Be In Finnish. This Request For Information Is Not A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tenders And Does Not Bind The Finnish Transport And Communications Agency. The Response Given To This Request For Information Is Also Not Binding On The Respondent. This Request For Information Does Not Oblige Traficom To Start The Actual Tender.
