1. Subject Of The Public Procurement: Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of Social Services In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Svishtov With The Following Specific Positions: Separate Position No. 1 - Cereals And Cereal-Based Foods; Separate Position No. 2 – Other Food, Grocery Goods And Pulses; Separate Position No. 3 – Eggs; Separate Position No. 4 – Organic Food Products - Oil, Sugar And Macaroni. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement: Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of Social Services In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Svishtov By Specific Positions. Deliveries Will Be Made 2 (Two) Times A Week, Within The Established Working Hours Of The Respective Site, After Submitting A Written Request (By E-Mail) The Previous Week, For The Necessary Quantities Of Products By Authorized Persons From The Specified Institutions. When Delivering Individual Types Of Food Products/Goods, The Requirements For Their Cutting, Specified In The Technical Specifications For The Individual Items, Must Be Met. Each Delivery Must Be Certified With A Document For The Production Date Of The Relevant Product And Expiration Date. For All Food Products, The Quality Requirements, The Standards Of The Relevant Producers And The Current Regulations Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Eu Regulations Regulating The Production, Supply And Transportation Of Food Products In The Country Must Be Observed. Estimated Quantities For A Period Of 1 Year: For Specific Position No. 1 Delivery Of Cereals And Cereal-Based Foods - 9011 Kg. For Separate Position No. 2 Delivery Of Other Food, Grocery Goods And Pulses – 13,984 Kg. And 14,015 L. For Specific Position No. 3 Delivery Of Eggs - 86,000 Pcs. For Specific Position No. 4 Delivery Of Organic Food Products - Oil, Sugar And Macaroni - 1,430 Kg. And 2,460 L. The Quantities Specified In The Technical Specifications For The Individual Items Are Estimated (Indicative) And Not Constant For The Period Of Contract Performance. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Within The Framework Of The Contract To Increase Or Decrease The Quantities Of The Relevant Food Products And Goods, As Well As Not To Declare The Entire Assortment, In Connection With The Real Need For Consumption Of The Serviced Objects. A Participant Can Submit A Bid For One, Several Or All Selected Positions. Each Specific Position Is The Subject Of A Separate Public Procurement Contract.
