The Consultant Is Obliged To Perform The Mandatory Scope Of Activities, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Territorial Planning, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Essential Requirements For Construction And Assessing The Compliance Of Construction Products And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Construction In Bulgaria.
