Delivery Of Food Products To Childrens And Social Institutions On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Gorna Oryahovitsa Under 5 Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Heading No. 1 Meat And Meat Products; Separate Heading No. 2 Milk And Milk Products And Eggs; Separate Heading No. 3 Bread And Bakery Products; Separate Item No. 4 Fruits And Vegetables - Fresh, Frozen And Preserved; Separate Heading No. 5 Pulses, Spices, Beverages And Other Packaged Products. 2. Scope And Description Of The Public Order: Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of Childrens And Social Institutions In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Gorna Oryahovitsa With The Aim Of: 1) Provision Of Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food To The Users Of Childrens And Social Institutions On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Gorna Oryahovitsa; 2) Ensuring A Correct Regime For Users Of Childrens And Social Institutions, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Food Law And The Normative Acts On Its Implementation; 3) Improving The Quality And Conditions Under Which Consumers Are Fed; 4) Increasing The Speed Of Delivery When Food Products Are Needed. The Type Of Food Products Are Specified In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Entire Assortment, According To The Concrete (Specific) Needs Of Each Structure, As Well As According To The Requirements And Prescriptions Of State Control Bodies And The Requirements Of The Current Legislation. The Execution Of The Public Order Will Be Carried Out Through Periodic Deliveries, Based On Written Requests, According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Gorna Oryahovitsa. Deliveries Of Food Products Are Made After A Written Request From Authorized Persons On The Part Of The Contracting Authority, Provided To The Contractor Every Thursday By 12:00 Through The Final Recipient Sites. Deliveries Of Food Products To The Respective Sites Will Be Made On Monday And Wednesday In The Week Following The Week Of Submission Of The Request, And Only For Separate Item No. 3 Bread And Bakery Products - Every Working Day In The Week Following The Week Of Submission Of The Request. The Products Are Delivered With The Contractors Transport, Equipped With The Necessary Equipment Depending On The Specifics Of The Transported Products. The Delivery Of The Food Products Is Carried Out To The Warehouses For The Storage Of The Products In The Childrens And Social Institutions On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Gorna Oryahovitsa.
