Tenders Are Invited For Consulting Services Pursuant To Article 166, Paragraph 1 Of The Zut - Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project And Exercise Of Construction Supervision, For Specific Positions

The Following Activities Are Included For Implementation In The Scope Of The Public Procurement For Each Of The Specific Positions: Activity 1 - Compliance Assessment Of The Investment Project And Preparation Of A Compliance Report, According To Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of The Zut. Activity 2 - Exercise Of Construction Supervision, According To The Zut And The By-Laws Related To Its Implementation. Important! On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code And In Connection With Art. 7 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Has Assigned The Execution Of The Services Under Op No. 3 And Op No. 4 In The Order Of Their Individual Value. The Separation Of These Separate Positions Was Carried Out In The Presence Of The Required Conditions, According To The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, With An Order For Assignment Under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code, By Concluding Contracts For Direct Award. The Value Of The Individual Items Does Not Exceed Eur 78,976.19, And Also Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. The Remaining Value Of The Order - In The Amount Of 146,893.19 Euros Excluding Vat (One Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred And Ninety-Three Euros And Nineteen Cents) Is Assigned In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order, Namely Open Procedure. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
