Drainage Is Unsatisfactory - Cross Slopes Are Small Or Absent In Many Places, Resulting In Poor Water Drainage. The Existing Banquettes Are Heavily Grassed And Higher Than The Pavement. According To The Approved Investment Project, The Construction Is Categorized As Category Iii Construction According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letter A Of Zut And Art. 6, Para. 1, Letter A, Item 1 Of Ordinance No. 1 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types (Promulgated Sg No. 72 Of 2003). The Length Of The Considered Section Of Municipal Road Lov 3114 Iii-358 Is Approximately 7,187 Km., With The Width Of The Roadway For Traffic Varying Between 3.50 - 4.00 M. The Project Described Above Includes The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Activities In Parts: Geodesy; Road; Constructive; Temporary And Permanent Organization Of The Movement. The Implementation Of The Technical Specification For Construction Is Based On The Types Of Smr Determined With The Investment Project And Based On The Design Technical Solutions Of The Designer. A Major Repair Of The Road Is Planned. The Geometric Axis In The Design Solution Is Guided In The Middle Of The Traffic Lane. Milling Of The Existing Pavement, Laying Of A First Bitumen Spill, Laying Of A Layer Of Loose Asphalt Concrete, Laying Of A Second Bitumen Spill For Connection And Laying Of A Dense Asphalt Concrete Is Foreseen. Drainage Will Be Carried Out On The Surface, By Means Of Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes. In The Considered Section There Are Small Facilities - Culverts, For Which It Is Planned To Clean And Restore The Front Walls. The Banquettes Should Be Cleaned Of Vegetation, The Humus Layer Should Be Removed And Filled With Unsorted Crushed Stone For Banquets. In The Sections With Existing Retaining Walls, A Concrete Banquette Is Planned. Construction And Assembly Works Should Be Performed According To The Approved Investment Project.
