In The Execution Of The Contract, The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh Principle) Should Be Observed In The Sense Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of June 18, 2020 To Create A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments And To Amend Regulation (Eu) 2019/2088 (The Taxonomy Regulation). The Types Of Actions Have Been Assessed As Compatible With The Principle Of Dnsh, According To The Technical Guidelines For Dnsh Under The National Plan For Recovery And Sustainability Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. All Measures Included In This Public Message Should Contribute To The Ecological Transition, Taking Into Account The Six Ecological Goals Laid Down In Art. 9 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 To Create A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments And To Amend Regulation (Eu): 1) Mitigation Of Climate Change; 2) Adaptation To Climate Change; 3) Sustainable Use And Protection Of Water And Marine Resources; 4) Transition To A Circular Economy; 5) Pollution Prevention And Control; 6) Protection And Restoration Of Biological Diversity And Ecosystems. In This Regard, Every Single Investment Under The Npvu Should Be In Accordance With The Principle Of Doing No Significant Harm. In View Of The Compliance Of This Order With The Notice Of The Commission Technical Guidelines For The Application Of The Principle Of No Significant Harm According To The Regulation On The Recovery And Resilience Mechanism 2021/C 58/01, And In Order To Guarantee To The Maximum Extent Compliance With The Principle Of No Significant Harm, All Planned Activities Should Not Lead To Significant Harm For Any One Of The Above-Mentioned Six Environmental Objectives.
