The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order More Than The Estimated Amount Of Textbooks And Study Sets Depending On The Newly Admitted Students In The Academic Year 2026-2027. In The Event That There Is A Need For The Delivery Of Additional Textbooks, Study Sets And E-Readable Textbooks, With A View To Providing Additional Unforeseen Quantities, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Assign An Option For Additional Quantities By Concluding An Additional Agreement To The Public Procurement Contract, On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
