The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Contractors Technical And Price Proposals For Each Specific Item. The Total Value Of The Public Procurement With The Fourteen Separate Items Is 281,613.00 Euros Excluding Vat.
