The Proposed Unit Shall Be A Used Combination Vacuum, Sewer Flusher, And Hydro Excavation Truck Capable Of Performing High-Pressure Sewer Cleaning And Vacuum Operations. The Unit Shall Be Equipped To Flush And Clean Sewer Mains And Service Lines, Remove Debris, Grease, And Obstructions, And Support Routine And Emergency Sewer Maintenance Activities. The Hydro Excavation System Shall Be Capable Of Safely Exposing Buried Utilities In Varying Soil Conditions, Including Frozen Ground, With Controlled Water Pressure And Minimal Surface Disturbance.The Unit Shall Be A Fully Integrated Combination System Including, At Minimum, A Water Storage Tank, Heated Water System Or Boiler, Debris Tank, High-Pressure Jetting Pump Suitable For Sewer Flushing, Hose Reels, And A Vacuum System With Sufficient Airflow And Lift To Support Municipal Operations. The Unit Shall Be Designed For Reliable Year-Round Operation In Northern Climates And Capable Of Continuous Deployment For Both Planned Sewer Maintenance And Emergency Response.
