Firefighting Services – Implementation Of Firefighting Courses On Liquid Natural Gas (Lng) For Fire Brigades In Maritime Emergency Preparedness. As Part Of The Tasks Of The Accident Command, Units (Mirg) Of The Professional Fire Brigades Are Deployed To Fight Fires, Care For The Injured And Provide Technical Assistance On Ships. In Order To Be Trained For These Tasks, The Operations And Team Leaders Of The Mirg Units (First Response/Fr And Fire Fighting/Fifi) Should Receive Training In Dealing With Liquefied Natural Gas (Lng) And The Associated Dangers - Especially Fire Hazards. Duration: 4 Courses Over A Period Of 2 Years (2026 To 2027) For 45 Participants Plus Extension Option: A Further 4 Courses Over A Period Of 2 Years (2028 To 2029) For At Least 46 Participants.
