Street-Lighting Maintenance Services - Delegation Of Management By Concession Of The Public Lighting Service Of The Municipality Of Suceava. The Object Of The Contract Is The Delegation Of The Management Of The Public Lighting Service In The Municipality Of Suceava (Sipms), Through A Concession Contract, And Includes All Actions And Activities Of Public Utility And Of General Economic And Social Interest Carried Out At The Level Of The Administrative-Territorial Unit Under The Management, Coordination And Responsibility Of The Municipality Of Suceava, In Order To Ensure Public Lighting In The Municipality Of Suceava, Including The Right And Obligation To Administer And Exploit The Infrastructure Technical-Building Related To It, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Public Lighting Service And The Specific Specifications. The Estimated Value Of The Contract, Delegation Of Management By Concession Of The Public Lighting Service Of The Municipality Of Suceava Is 11,750,000 Lei (Without Vat) Over A Period Of 5 Years And Is Comprised Of: - Maintenance, Overhaul And Repair Services 1,200,000 Lei/Year (Without Vat); - Extension Of Public Lighting 600,000 Lei/Year (Without Vat); - Modernization Public Lighting System 550,000 Lei (Without Vat). Requests For Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Awarding Documentation Shall Be Addressed To The Request For Clarifications/Questions In The Awarding Procedure By Electronic Means, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 70/2016 With The Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Deadline By Which Any Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Awarding Documents Is 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Bids.
