The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Reconstruction Of The Roof And External Partitions, Including: - Construction Of A Single-Slope Roof On The Existing Flat Roof, - Reconstruction Of External Partitions, I.E. Bricking Up Window Openings, - Insulation Of The Building, - Installation Of A Lightning Protection System, - Replacement Of External Doors With Insulated Ones, - Construction Of A New Galvanized Metal Ladder With A Back-Up, - Plastering Of Bricked-Up Windows From The Inside, - Painting Of Rooms.2. The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With: 2.1. The Attached Design Documentation - Constituting The Basis For Estimating And Carrying Out The Works. 2.2. The Attached Bill Of Quantities - Only A Supplement To The Above-Mentioned Project. 2.3. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb).3. The Ordering Party Allows Including In The Offer And Then Using Materials And Equipment Other Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In This Order. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Confirming That These Materials And Devices Correspond To Those Described By The Ordering Party. 4. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes An Indication Of Trademarks Or Origin, The Ordering Party Informs That This Provision Is Only A Definition Of Minimum Parameters And Constitutes An Indication For The Contractor What Features The Materials Or Devices Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Have. The Ordering Party Allows The Order To Be Completed By Using Equivalent Materials Or Devices. The Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Materials Or Devices Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That They Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows For Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
