The Subject Of The Investment Are Construction Works Involving The Replacement Of The Roof Covering Made Of Plain Tiles Laid In A Laced Pattern On The Building Of A Village Community Center In Chrzanowo, Janowiec Wielkopolski Commune. 2. The Scope Of The Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Demolition Works; 2) Replacement Of Roof Truss Elements; 3) Repair And Rebuilding Of Chimneys; 4) Construction Of Roofing Roof;5) Lightning Protection Installation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Investment Implementation Is Described In The Project Documentation, I.E. Technical Design, Stwoir. Details To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Investment Implementation.4. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors. A Detailed Description Is Included In Chapter 24 Of Swz.5. In Order To Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, The Contractor May Rely On The Technical Or Professional Abilities Or The Financial Or Economic Situation Of The Entities. 6. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Following Documents: 1) Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Technical Design - Renovation Of The Roof Of The Building Located On Plot No. 52/2 In Chrzanowo; 2) Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Detailed Technical Specifications For The Acceptance And Execution Of Works; 3) Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities; The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Design Documentation Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature, The Remaining Design Documentation Is Of Primary Importance For The Valuation And Determination Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Hand Over The Construction Site To The Contractor After June 8, 2026. A Protocol For Handing Over The Construction Site Will Be Prepared.
