The Pumptrack Described In The Project (Point 5.3 Of The Pzt, Item 3 On The Map) Is A Separate (Separate) Stage Of The Investment And Is Not Subject To Implementation As Part Of The Proceedings In Question.3. Elements Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Not Priced, And Resulting Directly From The Design Or Tender Documentation, Will Be Deemed By The Ordering Party To Be Valued And Included In The Offer Without Any Claims By The Contractor In This Regard.8. Only The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous Will Provide A Bid Cost Estimate Prepared On The Basis Of Bill Of Quantities. The Cost Estimate Must Be Provided By The Date Of Signing The Contract.9. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous Will Be Obliged To Submit A Work Execution Schedule By The Date Of Signing The Contract.
