1) Carrying Out All Necessary Works Related To The Implementation Of Horizontal Markings Using The Thin-Layer And Thick-Layer Methods On City Streets In 2026, Which Include: A) Measurement And Preparatory Works, B) Marking And Securing The Work Area, C) Preparation And Delivery Of Materials, D) Cleaning Of The Surface (Surface), E) Pre-Marking In The Case Of Making New Markings Or Old Illegible Ones, F) Applying A Thin-Layer (Or Thick-Layer) Coating Of Signs On Road Surfaces With Shapes And Dimensions In Accordance With Applicable Standards (Continuous Or Dashed, Single Or Double Lines, Stop Lines, Pedestrian Crossings, Symbols, Including E.G. Parking Spaces For Disabled People, Arrows, Supplementary Signs, Etc.) - With A Thickness Of Min. 0.6 Mm, G) Protection Of Signs Against Damage By Vehicles During The Works, H) Removal Of Existing Markings (In Situations Requiring It), I) Carrying Out Measurements And Laboratory Tests, 2) The Works Consist In The Reconstruction Of The Markings (In The Vast Majority Of Cases) And Painting New Markings; 3) The Order Will Be Implemented In Two Stages; A) The First Stage Consists In The Reconstruction Of The Existing Marking In The Amount Of Approx. 19,800 M2 (Within 6 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Contract), B) Stage Ii Involves The Implementation Of Horizontal Markings According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party (Including The Repetition Of Painting From Stage I On Designated Pedestrian Crossings And In Places Of Heavy Road Traffic) In The Period From June To The End Of September 2026 In A Total Amount Of Approx. 3,000 M2, Each Time At The Request Of The Ordering Party, No More Than Once A Month (Maximum 4 Calls), Where Within One Call The Contractor Will Have To Mark A Minimum 300 M2;4) Works Performed In Actual Quantities Exceeding The Quantities Assumed In The Tender Form Are Works Included In The Subject Of The Basic Contract And Do Not Go Beyond The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract;5) All Works Not Provided For In The Offer Price, Not Exceeding The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Subject Of The Contract, And Their Execution Takes Place As Part Of The Basic Contract (Under The Basic Contract;6) It Is Allowed To Limit The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Perform Smaller Amounts Of Works Than Those Specified In The Tender Form In The Event Of Financial Constraints Intended For The Execution Of The Order.
