The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Dworcowa Street Along With The Area Around The Former Railway Station In Part D Camping As Part Of The Project Przystanek Kowary - Intermodal Transfer And Stop Center2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Following Works: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works, 2) Earthworks, 3) Street Elements, 4) Substructures, 5) Street Surfaces, 6) Traffic Organization, 7) Other Works, 8) Drainage - Storm Sewage, 9) Street Lighting, 10) Preparation Of A Project For Temporary Road Traffic Organization, 11) Execution Of Permanent Road Traffic Organization And Notification 7 Days Before Implementation To The Starosty District And Municipal Police Headquarters.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 11 To The Swz - Documentation.4. The Ordering Party Obtained A Permit To Operate In Monuments, Decision No. 2435/2022 Of The Lower Silesian Monuments Conservator.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And Its Annexes, The Design Documentation, As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Material And Financial Schedule For The Ordering Partys Approval - No Later Than The Date Of Signing The Contract. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Present A Cost Estimate Containing Price Components. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Submitted Material And Financial Schedule.7. The Ordering Party Provides The Bills Of Quantities. The Amount Of Work Should Be Determined Based On The Design Documentation. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Element.8. The Ordering Party Requires That Meetings With The Contractor On The Investment Site Take Place At Least Once A Month And Upon Each Request From The Contractor.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Order Is Performed By Appropriate Personnel With The Required Authorizations To Manage And/Or Perform Specific Construction Works Or Other Activities.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 - On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411, As Amended), In Particular Art. 6 Point 1) Regarding Minimum Requirements To Ensure Architectural Accessibility.11.
