A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program With Annexes - Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Contract Template, Annex No. 6 To The Swz3. The Implementation Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular: The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994, The Civil Code Act Of April 23, 1964, The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012, The Environmental Protection Law Act Of April 27, 2001 And The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law. 4.
