The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Municipal Road In Zabórz, 0.756 Km Long, 5 M Wide, Asphalt Surface, 2 M Wide One-Sided Sidewalk In The Section Of Service Developments, And In The Section Without Sidewalk, A 0.75 Mm Wide Roadside Made Of Stone Aggregate. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Bill Of Quantities. The Task Is Co-Financed From The Government Road Development Fund.2. In The Case Of Using Materials, Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 5 Or Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Sheets Or Other Documents Confirming That The Offered Offer/Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents Or The Submitted Documents Will Be Incomplete (Thus Not Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offer In The Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Ordering Party Will Not Request Their Submission/Supplementation.3. During The Execution Of The Contract, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Safety Signs For The Indicated Materials, A Declaration Of Conformity Or Technical Approval Or A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Transposing European Standards Or A Standard Of The Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing This Standard Or Other Standards Or Documents, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law.4. Whenever The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Technical Documentation, Mentions Polish Standards, It Should Be Understood As Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Or Other Standards Or Documents Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act.5.
