Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Brand New Computer And Multimedia Equipment, Furniture And Teaching Aids To Selected Schools In The Wrocław Commune And Kobierzyce Commune - Divided Into 15 Tasks

1. As Part Of The Task In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver A Brand New Monitor With Additional Equipment (1 Piece) To The Multimedia Language Laboratory And Install It At The Primary School No. 27 In Zsp No. 10, Ul. Rumiankowa 34, 54-512 Wrocław (Zwanej Dalej „Szkołą”).2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Spreadsheet With Opz For Task 1 (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz 1).3. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Transport The Subject Of The Order, Unload It, Bring It In And Assemble It (In The Manner Described In Opz1) In The Indicated Rooms In The School (Delivery And Assembly Will Take Place Directly At The School) And Clean Up Any Waste And Impurities Resulting From The Delivery And Remove Any Damage.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Be Brand New, Unused And Undamaged.5. Do Oferowanego Sprzętu Muszą Być Dołączone Wszystkie Akcesoria I Wyposażenie Dodatkowe Wskazane W Opz1.6. Przedstawione W Opz1 Parametry Przedmiotu Zamówienia Stanowią Minimum Techniczne I Jakościowe Oczekiwane Przez Zamawiającego7. Przy Dostawie Sprzętu Wykonawca Zobowiązany Jest Dołączyć Instrukcje Obsługi W Języku Polskim.8. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Packed In A Way That Protects It Against Damage. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party At The Place Of Delivery, Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol.9. Delivery Should Be Made Only On Working Days From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M., Excluding Saturdays - Or On Another Date Approved By The Ordering Party.10. Wykonawca Zobowiązany Jest Ustalić Termin Dostawy (Dzień) Bezpośrednio Z Zamawiającym.11. Due To The Fact That The Recipients Of The Order May Include, Among Others, People With Disabilities, In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Equipment Can Be Appropriately Adapted To Enable Its Use Also By Visually Impaired, Hearing Impaired And Mobility Impaired Persons.12. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Delivered Equipment, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol (The Detailed Scope Of The Warranty Along With The Product Range It Applies To And The Warranty Conditions Are Specified In Opz1).
