Tenders Are Invited For Providing Social Services For The Needs Of The Project Entitled A Helping Hand - 3Rd Edition.

Part No. 1 - Social Services In The Field Of Assistant Services (Aoon) The Order Includes, Among Others: • Supporting 12 Disabled People (5K, 7M) With Moderate, Severe Or Multiple Degrees Of Disability In Active Social, Professional And Educational Functioning. The Service Includes Assistance In Everyday Activities, Support In Moving Around (E.G. Doctor, Offices, Service Points) And, Depending On The Needs, Hygiene Care And Assistance In Physiological Activities.• Assistant Services Will Be Provided In An Individualized Manner, Taking Into Account The Type And Degree Of Disability, Age, Health Condition And Individual Needs Of The Project Participant. The Support Is Part-Time And Is Provided Primarily At The Project Participants Place Of Residence And - Depending On The Needs - E.G. On The Way To A Doctor, Office, Service Point Or Other Place Necessary For The Participants Active Functioning.• The Scope Of Activities Within The Service May Include In Particular: Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Support In Moving Around, Assistance In Contacts With The Health Service And Institutions, Hygiene Care And Assistance In Physiological Activities.• The Method And Intensity Of Providing The Services Will Be Determined. Each Time In Accordance With The Individual Needs Of The Project Participant; The Number Of Hours Of Support May Vary Between Participants. Dimension: A Total Of Maximum 15,120 Hours (An Average Of 420 Hours Per Disabled Person Per Year).
