The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Technical, Operational And Maintenance Inspections Of Gas And Oil Boiler Rooms In 2026 In The Following Towns: Krosno Odrzańskie, Nowogród Bobrzański, Sulechów, Zielona Góra And Czerwieńsk. A List Of Gas And Oil Boiler Rooms And A Heating Station Along With An Inspection And Maintenance Schedule Is Presented In § 1 Section 3 Of The Contract Template (Annex No. 5 To The Swz) The Contractor Will Perform Technical And Operational Inspections And Maintenance Of Individual Boiler Rooms In Accordance With The Device Operating Instructions, Manufacturers Guidelines, Technical And Operational Documentation Of The Devices, Applicable Requirements And Regulations Of Technical Supervision And The Detailed Scope Of Inspection Activities Presented In § 2 Section 3 Of The Contract Template (Annex No. 5 To Swz) The Contractor Will Perform An E Operational Inspection Twice A Month In Boiler Rooms That Are Not Covered By The Contractors Warranty And An E Operational Inspection Twice A Month In Boiler Rooms Covered By The Warranty. Boiler Rooms In Which An E Operational Inspection Is Planned Are Covered By The Warranty Of The Boiler Room Contractor, Therefore It Is Prohibited To Perform Any Work, Including Changing Device Settings, That Could Lead To The Loss Of The Warranty. If Any Circumstances Occur That Require The Intervention Of The Boiler Room Contractor Under The Granted Warranty, The Contractor Of This Contract Is Obliged To Immediately Report Them To The Ordering Party.2.
