Tenders Are Invited For Performing Maintenance And Repairs Of Lifting Equipment In The Facilities Of The Provincial Police Headquarters In Łódź And Its Subordinate Units

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Service Services In The Field Of Maintenance, Current Repairs And Removal Of Failures Of Lifting Equipment, Including: Passenger Lifts, Goods Lifts, Feeder Lifts And Platforms For Disabled People (Stair Lifts) Located In The Facilities Of The Provincial Police Headquarters In Łódź And Its Subordinate Units, Consisting In Maintaining The Devices In A State Of Full Technical Readiness. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And In The Price Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Template Of The Agreement, Which Is Annex No. 10 To The Swz. Performing Maintenance Works For The Above-Mentioned. Devices (Including Electrical Measurements) Will Be Carried Out Within The Dates And Scopes Specified By The Device Manufacturers In The Technical And Operational Documentation (Dtr) - (At Least Once Every 30 Days, Carrying Out The So-Called P-1 Inspection, Which Involves Checking The Operation Of The Lifting Device In Terms Of Safety). Maintenance And Current Repairs Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions On Technical Supervision And Operation Of Cranes And In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Regulations. List Of Lifting Devices In The Łódź Garrison Subject To Maintenance Is Presented In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Maintenance, Ongoing Repairs And Troubleshooting Of Lifting Devices In Other Facilities (Not Listed In Annex No. 4 To The Swz) In The Event Of Putting Additional Devices Into Operation In These Buildings During The Term Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Immediately Take Corrective Actions In The Event Of People Being Trapped In A Cabin Or On A Platform For Disabled People - With Arrival On Site In The Case Of Devices Located: A) On The Premises Łódź Up To 30 Minutes From The Moment Of Reporting The Failure By Telephone (The Ordering Party Reports The Failure By Telephone And Then Confirms It By E-Mail); B) Within The Premises Of The Łódź Garrison, Up To 90 Minutes From The Moment Of Reporting The Failure By Telephone (How To Report The Failure As In Point 1) Letter A);2) Taking Corrective Actions In The Event Of An Ongoing Repair Or Failure That Does Not Pose A Threat To The Users Safety - Arriving On Site Within A Maximum Of 24 Hours From The Time Of Reporting The Failure By Telephone (Method Of Reporting The Failure As Above). Removal Of A Failure Requiring Replacement Of Parts Should Take Place As Soon As Possible After Consultation With The Ordering Party; 3) Ensuring 24-Hour Technical Supervision, Including An Emergency Lift Service And A System Notifying Rescue Teams. The Warranty For The Performed Maintenance Works Covers 1 Month From The Date Of Acceptance. The Warranty For Repair Work Performed (Current Repairs Or Troubleshooting) Covers A Per
