1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For An Investment Including The Expansion Of A Public Municipal Road - Ul. Kolejowa On The Section From The Railway Crossing On The Siding (Including The Crossing) At The Railway Station To Ul. Prince Józef Poniatowski, Along With The Expansion/Reconstruction Of The Road Lane Of Provincial Road No. 751, Carried Out As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled Reconstruction Of Kolejowa Street Including The Development Of Division Maps, Making The Necessary Arrangements, Obtaining The Conditions, Consents And Opinions Required By Law, A Valid Zrid Decision And The Development Of Technical And Tender Documentation. Design Documentation Will Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Act On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads.
