The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Liquefied Propane-Butane Gas (Mix) For Heating Purposes In The Amount Of 120,000 Liters To The Boiler Room Of The District Social Welfare Home In Ostrowina, Branch Jemielna 15, And The Rental Of Gas Tanks. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Parties Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Within 12 Months From June 14, 2026, Provided, However, That No Longer Than Until The Date Of Exhaustion Of The Contractors Receivables In Accordance With § 2 Section 1 Of The Contract.4. The Delivery Only Concerns Liquid Propane-Butane Gas (Mix) For Heating Purposes. The Estimated Quantity Of One Delivery Is 10,000 -11,000 Liters.5. Power Of Gas Receivers: Power Of Heating Area 0.300 Mw/15.00 M X Two Liquid Boilers.6. Type And Capacity Of Required Gas Tanks: Type Zs - Permanent Pressure Tank, Capacity 6,700 Liters.7. Installation Elements (Evaporator, Reducers): Omeca Eu 24 X2 Safety Valves, Water Boiler Type L-300, Capacity 0.5 M3.8. There Is No Need To Build A New Gas Connection, It Can Be Connected To The Existing Installation.9. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Gas Will Be Used Only For Heating Purposes And Will Be Intended Solely For The Ordering Partys Own Use. 10. The Contractor Will Deliver Gas At His Own Expense And With His Own Transport. The Deadline For A Single Gas Delivery Cannot Be Longer Than 2 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order From The Ordering Party. If The Delivery Deadline Expires On A Saturday, Sunday, Holiday Or Non-Working Day, The Delivery Should Take Place On The First Day Immediately Following These Days, Unless There Is An Urgent Need For Delivery And The Parties Agree On A Delivery Date. Orders Will Be Placed Until 2:00 P.M. On Working Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays.11. The Contractor Will Supply Gas By Road Tanker Equipped With A Distribution Device - A Measuring Installation For Liquid Fuels. The Road Tanker Should Have A Valid Legalization/Certification Certificate For The Distribution Devices In The Tanker On The Date Of Delivery. 12. The Ordered Quantity Of Gas Delivered By The Contractor Should Be Consistent With The Readings Of The Legalized Meter Of The Distribution Device In The Tank Truck, Confirmed By An Appropriate Document (So-Called Fill Card) And Signed By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. The Supplied Gas Should Meet The Requirements Specified In Swz.13. The Supplied Gas Should Meet The Requirements Of The Polish Standard And Have A Quality Certificate Issued By An Entity Authorized To Control Quality.14. The Amount Of Gas Was Estimated And Is Not Binding On The Ordering Party. The Reduction In The Amount Of Ordered Gas Is Caused By The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Agrees Not To Complete The Order And Declares That He Waives Any Claims Against The Ordering Part
