The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is: Preparation Of Zrid Design Documentation For The Investment Task Titled: Expansion Of The District Road No. 1037R Zdziary - Mostki Bukowa Consisting In The Construction Of A Bicycle Road On The Section From The Provincial Road No. 878 To The Intersection With The District Road No. 1049R.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order:  Construction Of A 3.0 M Wide Pedestrian And Bicycle Path  Location Of The Dp Section No. 1037R Zdiary - Mostki Bukowa: Beginning Of The Section: At Km 0+000 (Intersection With The Provincial Road No. 878 In The Town Of Ždiary). End Of The Section: At Km Approx. 1+968 (Intersection With District Road No. 1049R Dk19 - Szyperki - Jarocin). The Task Is To Improve The Safety Of Pedestrians And Cyclists.  Design The Reconstruction Of The Bridge Structure Within The Bicycle Path Under Construction, Enabling Bicycles To Pass Through The Structure Or Design The Reconstruction Of The Bridge Structure And A Separate Structure On The Watercourse For Bicycle Traffic,  Other Road Elements With The Adjustment Of Their Parameters To The State In Accordance With Applicable Technical Regulations, The Designed Green Belts Should Have A Minimum Width Enabling Their Proper Maintenance/Care,  Preparation Of A Schedule Of Design Works (Including Deadlines For The Completion Of Individual Stages, Components), Preparation Of A Preliminary Design Together With A Proposal For The Solutions Used (Land Development Concept With Drainage, Road Geometry, Intersections And Exits, Characteristic Transverse And Longitudinal Sections (Road Grades And Construction Concepts), Permanent Traffic Organization Concept And Submitting It For The Employers Approval, The Preliminary Design Should Contain Road Geometry Solutions Marked On Map Bases, Including Solutions For Road Elements, Marked System Elements Drainage. Design Solutions Will Be The Result Of Arrangements Made With The Ordering Party During The Development Of Design Documentation Agreement On The Preliminary Design - Consultation With The Jarocin Commune And Zdp In Nisko, Preparation Of Maps For Design Purposes Along With Establishing Or Resuming Boundaries In Consultation With The Department Of Geodesy And Real Estate Management At The District Office In Nisko For Road Plots Covered By The Design Study, Taking Into Account Collisions With Trees, Extraneous Devices And Other Elements Of The Road, Obtaining Technical Conditions For The Reconstruction Of Possibly Colliding Devices Located In The Road, Shaping The Road Grade In A Way That Allows For A Harmonious Connection With The Existing Surface Along With Adapting The Design To Existing Intersections, Designing Geometric And Height Systems And Proper Drainage Of The Road And Intersections, Obtaining (For The Contractors Cost) All Necessary Administrative Decisions, Including, Among Others, Technical Conditions, Opinions, Permits, Approvals, Environmental Decision Or Environmental Impact Rep
