1. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity For All Facilities Belonging To The Independent Public Health Care Complex In Bogatynia. 2. Electricity Will Be Supplied In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43) And The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act. 3. Total Estimated Electricity Consumption Is 420 Mwh.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Electricity To 3 Electricity Consumption Points: A) Municipal Hospital Ul. Szpitalna 16, 59-920 Bogatynia - Volume Of Electricity Consumption - 379 Mwh - B23 Tariff - 2 Points; B) District Clinic Ul. Wyczółkowskiego 15, 59-920 Bogatynia - Volume Of Electricity Consumption - 21 Mwh - C21 Tariff; C) District Clinic Ul. Fabryczna 1, 59-920 Bogatynia - Volume Of Electricity Consumption - 20 Mwh - - Tariff C21;5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Currently Valid License To Conduct Business Activities In The Field Of Electricity Trading, Issued By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office.6. The Ordering Party Requires Prices To Be Offered For The Duration Of The Contract In Accordance With Annex Ii, Product And Price Form To The Swz. 7. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor With Whom The Contract Will Be Signed A Power Of Attorney To: A) Notify The Relevant Distribution System Operator About The Conclusion Of A Comprehensive Contract For The Supply Of Electricity And The Planned Date Of Commencement Of The Provision Of The Comprehensive Electricity Service; B) Submit A Declaration Of Termination Of The Current Comprehensive Contract; C) Represent The Ordering Party In Contacts With The Current Electricity Seller Or Distribution System Operator In The Rights Related To The Process Of Changing The Seller. 8. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Execution Of Part Of The Order By The Contractor With The Participation Of The Subcontractor(S), And The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Part Of The Order The Execution Of Which Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors.
