1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Water Rescue Services For The Aquafun Outdoor Swimming Pool Complex At Ul. Stromej 3A In Legnica In The Summer Season Of 2026, Including: 1) Ensuring The Safety Of People Using The Supervised Area, 2) Performing All Duties Specified In The Draft Contract, The Template Of Which Is Annex 2 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Provision Of Comprehensive Water Rescue Services Understood As Ensuring The Safety Of People Swimming, Staying And Using The Attractions In The Outdoor Swimming Pool Complex (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Facility), And Conducting Rescue Operations On The Premises, Including Providing Pre-Medical Assistance To People Staying At The Facility. The Estimated Demand For The Number Of Working Hours Of Lifeguards During The Order Implementation Period Is: A) In The Basic Scope, 5,530 Hours, B) As Part Of The Option, In The Amount Of 2,044 Hours, In Accordance With The Schedule Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz,3. The Quantities Given Above Are Estimated Values ​​To Be Used By The Contractor Only To Calculate The Offer Price, They May Be Changed, Both Increased And Decreased Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. This Means That They Do Not Constitute The Final Size Of The Order, And As A Result, They Will Not Be The Basis For Submitting Claims For Services Not Provided. 4. Stromej 3A In Legnica Consisted Of 7 Rescuers, Including A Rescuer Coordinating The Work Of The Rescue Team.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Quantity, For Economic Reasons, Weather Conditions, Failures Or Other Situations Beyond The Ordering Partys Control.8. The Subject Of The Contract May Be Performed Only By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications - Lifeguards With The Qualifications Required By Applicable Regulations, In Particular: A) Valid Water Rescuer Qualifications Granted By An Authorized Entity In Accordance With The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas And Implementing Acts To This Act, B) Completed Course In The Field Of Qualified First Aid (Kpp), Enabling The Performance Of Activities Specified In Art. 14 Points 1-9 Of The Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services, C) At Least One Of The Other Qualifications Useful In Water Rescue Referred To In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration On Qualifications Useful In Water Rescue Of September 29, 202
