1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For An Investment Project Called: School And Kindergarten Complex No. 2 In Gdańsk, Ul. Czajkowskiego - Sports Hall For Gymnasts Along With Obtaining A Building Permit And Performing Authors Supervision. The Order Envisages The Development Of Complete Multi-Sector Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Sports Hall For Gymnasts Along With Specialized Equipment For Exercises And Land Development.2. The Scope Of Design Work Includes All Work And Activities Necessary To Complete The Task, In Particular:2.1. Pre-Design Studies: 1) Map For Design Purposes At A Scale Of 1:500; 2) Site Inventory; 3) Geotechnical Documentation;4) Dendrological Documentation Of The Investment, I.E. Inventory Of Existing Greenery Together With Tree And Shrub Protection Zones (Sod), Dendrological Report And Greenery Protection Project (Poz);5) Technical And Implementation Conditions, Agreements, Consents And Permits Related To Connecting The Facility To External Networks And The Communication System;6) Other Studies That Will Prove Necessary During Design Work.2.2. Preparation Of Conceptual Sketches Of The Designed Sports Hall Facility In Order To Meet The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Local Plan And Taking Into Account The Functionalities Indicated By The Future User (Management Of The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 2 In Gdańsk) - Required To Prepare Sketches In At Least Two Variants.2.3. Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Sports Hall - In Accordance With The Variant Of The Conceptual Sketch Selected By The User And The Ordering Party, Including: 1) Sports Hall Including Gymnastic Equipment; 2) Cloakroom, Sanitary, Administrative And Storage Facilities; 3) Land Development; 4) Reconstruction Of The Road System Of Czajkowskiego Street To The Extent Necessary For The Operation Of The Designed Sports Hall Facility For Gymnasts; 5) If There Are Conflicts Between The Designed Facility And The Existing Land Development, Including Pedestrian Routes And Existing Above-Ground Or Underground Networks And Installations, The Design Should Include Their Reconstruction/Removal Of Conflicts To The Extent Necessary For The Use Of The Facility.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
