The Subject Of The Order Is: Service In The Field Of Production, Recording, Editing And Broadcasting Of Three Episodes Of A Television Program, Constituting Part Of A Series Devoted To Nutrition As Part Of The Task Entitled: Research Network Of Natural Science Universities For The Development Of The Polish Dairy Sector - Research Project Financed Under A Special-Purpose Subsidy From The Minister Of Science And Higher Education. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Script Development, Production, Recording, Editing And Broadcasting Of Three Episodes With A Duration Of 22 To 23 Minutes Each, Constituting A Television Program Devoted To Nutrition. The Above Action Will Be Financed From The State Budget As Part Of The Targeted Subsidy Of The Minister Of Science And Higher Education As Part Of The Task Entitled: Research Network Of Life Sciences Universities For The Development Of The Polish Dairy Sector - Research Project. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope And Conditions Of Its Implementation As Well As The Terms And Method Of Payment Can Be Found In The Document Entitled Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As: Contract Template), Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Order Must Be Performed With Due Care And In Accordance With All The Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Any Information For Contractors. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Contract.
