The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Two Design Documentation, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project, For Investments Located Along The District Road 1978D, Including A Bridge Structure And A Road Section. The Documentation Will Be Carried Out Divided Into Projects, I.E.: Project 1 - Reconstruction Of The Bridge Along The Road No. 1978D Over The Czarna Woda River Between Siedlakowice And Kryształowice, The Scope Of Which Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of The Bridge Along With Access Roads Along The District Road No. 1978D At Km 3 + 220, 2) Demolition Of The Existing Bridge And Obtaining Industry Opinions, 3) Obtaining All Required Industry Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment, 4) Exercising Authors Supervision. Project 2 - Reconstruction Of Road 1978D Between Siedlakowice And Kryształowice, The Scope Of Which Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1978D On A Section With A Length Of Approx. 850 M, From Km 2+750 To Km 3+600; 2) Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles; 3) Construction And/Or Reconstruction Of The System Road Drainage; 4) Obtaining All Required Industry Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment; 5) Exercising Authors Supervision As Part Of The Contractual Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Two Separate Design Documentation In The Scope Described In The Opz, Together With Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, As Well As To Ensure Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Ordering Party Provides The Design Concept As An Auxiliary Material Use Is Not Obligatory. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Full Coordination And Mutual Compliance Of Both Project Documentation (Project 1 And Project 2) In Technical, Functional And Formal Terms, So That They Constitute A Coherent And Complete Investment Whole. The Order Is Co-Financed From The State Budget As Part Of A Subsidy From The Special Reserve Intended For Counteracting And Removing The Effects Of Natural Disasters.
