1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of 5 Acoustic Cabins For The Gdańsk University Of Technology.2. The Delivery Is Carried Out As Part Of The Citizens Budget Entitled: Development Of Co-Working Space In The Gdańsk University Of Technology Library No. 262/2024.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 3 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5. The Contractor Declares That The Subject Of The Contract Is Brand New, Without Previous Use, Not Ex-Exhibition, Technically Efficient, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, And Is Not Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.6. The Contractor Declares That The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Will Meet All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Swz Constituting An Annex To This Contract And Being Its Integral Part.7. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In Its Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Use The Option
