The New Cleanroom Building Will Mainly Contain Laboratories And Technical Rooms. There Is A Great Emphasis On The Proper Technical And Logistical Functioning Of The Cleanroom And On The Technical And Specialist Component Of The Building. The Building In Which The Cleanroom Will Be Housed Has A Volume Of Approximately 50 X 45 Meters In Four Above-Ground Floors. The Construction Contractor Is Asked To Realize The Building In Accordance With The Design Documents. Consisting Of, Among Other Things: • Foundation; • Structural Skeleton; • Roofs; • Facade; • Interior Walls, Floors, Ceilings (With The Exception Of Cleanroom Walls, Ceilings And Floors); • To Kick; • Permanent Establishment; • The Walkway The Overall Program Of Requirements Of The Building Includes: • Cleanroom: No 1,200 M2 • Laboratories: No 1,230 M2 • Offices: No 580 M2 • Support: No 700 M2
