The Municipality Of Enschede And The Municipality Of Losser, As Contracting Authorities, Both Want To Contract One Contractor To Provide Physical Man Security For The Reception Locations Of Ukrainians. The Municipality Of Enschede And The Municipality Of Losser Are Responsible For The Reception Of Ukrainians In The City Under The European Temporary Protection Directive (Rtb). The Ukrainians Are Received In Various Reception Locations In The City. Physical Security Has Been Deployed At These Reception Locations. For This Tender, We Are Looking For A Security Company That Can Provide These Services For Both Plot 1 Enschede And Plot 2 Losser. Refugees From Ukraine Have Protection In The Netherlands Under The European Temporary Protection Directive (Rtb). This Was Extended In June 2025 Until March 4, 2027. The Government Is Working On A Return Program To Help Refugees Who Want To Return With A Sustainable Return. The Government Is Also Working On A Long-Term Plan On Return And Residence For The Period After March 4, 2027. Until Then, Refugees From Ukraine Will Have Shelter And Facilities. It Is Still Uncertain How Long The War In Ukraine Will Last. And When Refugees From Ukraine Can Return.
