The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof Along With The Development Of A Design For The Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System And Its Implementation In Building No. 16 In The Military Complex At Ul. Thursdays 1 In Brodnica. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System In Accordance With A Previously Prepared And Approved Design, Re-Brickwork Of Ventilation Chimneys, Construction Of Roofing Felt With Roofing Felt, Removal And Management Of Waste. 2) Preparation Of A Design In Two Copies For The Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System With Due Care In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Terms Of The Contract, The Functional And Utility Program And In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, Consolidated Text) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, Consolidated Text).
