Tarczyński Nocny Wrocław Half Marathon.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Securing The Running Route, Provided That The Subject Of Protection Covers Areas Located Outside The Tarczyński Arena Wrocław Stadium And Its Adjacent Areas, In Accordance With The Designated Running Route Constituting Annex No. 1 To Sopz, As Well As The Area Of ​​Al. Śląska Along Its Entire Length, Constituting The Start Zone For Participants, Along With Communication Routes, Technical Crossings And Other Areas Designated By The Organizer; 2) Ensuring Appropriate Management, Coordination And Executive Staff As Well As Organizational And Technical Means Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Including Securing The Race Route And Time Zones On Al. Śląska, Fan Points And Parking Lots Operating On The Day Of The Event, As Well As Ensuring Proper Organization Of The Traffic Of Participants, Fans, Vehicles And Other People Staying In The Protected Area;3) Securing Time Zones Located At Al. Śląska Along Its Entire Length, Intended To Arrange Competitors In Accordance With The Assigned Starting Time Or Declared Pace Of The Race, In A Way That Ensures Order, Safety Of People And Control Of Access And Movement Of Participants Between Individual Zones, In Accordance With The Organizers Guidelines, In The Period From June 6, 2026 From 20:00 Until 07/06/2026 Until 03:00; The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Detailed Information Regarding The Number Of Posts, The Number Of Security Staff And The Distribution Of Staff In Individual Time Zones On A Date Agreed By The Parties, But No Later Than 14 Days Before The Event; This Detail Will Be Made Within The Scope Of The Order Specified In The Swz And Sopz And Will Not Constitute A Change To The Subject Of The Order; 4) Securing Supporter Points Located On The Race Route And/Or In Other Places Indicated By The Organizer, In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Event Participants, Fans And Bystanders, As Well As Preventing Unauthorized Entry Into Zones Intended Exclusively For Technical Staff, The Organizer Or Other Authorized Persons; The Ordering Party, Based On The Assembly Plan Of The Fan Points, Will Provide The Contractor With A Detailed List Of The Fan Points To Be Secured, Including Their Location, Number Of Posts, Duration Of Service And Number Of Security Hours, Within The Time Agreed By The Parties, But No Later Than 14 Days Before The Event; This Determination Will Be Made Within The Scope Of The Order Specified In The Swz And Sopz And Will Not Constitute A Change To The Subject Of The Order, And The Settlement Will Be In Accordance With The Unit Prices Indicated In The Contractors Offer;3.
